Section 21 – Promotions & Sales

Section 23 – Workshop Terms and Conditions

Full payment is required to secure workshop registration. Refunds are available for cancellations more than 14 days before the workshop; cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Workshops involve handling cosmetic ingredients; participants must follow all safety instructions. O’Black Cosmetics is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow instructions. Products created in workshops are for personal use, and commercial use is the participant’s responsibility, including compliance with applicable regulations. Workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, with refunds or rescheduling offered as appropriate. Personal information collected for workshop registration is used solely for booking and communication purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

All O’Black Cosmetics products are intended for external, cosmetic use only. Our formulations are created with high-quality natural and active ingredients to nourish, hydrate, and support healthy-looking skin. Individual results may vary depending on skin type and personal circumstances.

We recommend performing a patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive or reactive skin. Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area, such as the inner wrist, and wait 24 hours. If any irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary. Avoid direct contact with eyes, and in the event of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

Products containing active ingredients, such as Retinyl Palmitate, Niacinamide, essential oils, or plant extracts, may cause reactions in sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, stop use immediately. Keep products out of reach of children.
