Returns & Refunds:
At O’Black Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange. In these cases, we will also cover any reasonable return shipping costs.
If you have simply changed your mind, we may accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase, but return postage will be at your cost.
To arrange a return, please email us at info@oblack.co.nz with your invoice number and reason for return. Please include your name, email address, and invoice number inside the parcel so we can process it quickly.
Once your return is received, please allow 1–3 weeks for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund, replacement, or exchange has been completed.
