Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from purchase. During public holidays, promotional periods, or sales, processing times may take longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Times
- New Zealand: Estimated delivery within 1–5 business days.
- Australia: Standard delivery within 4–10 business days; Express delivery within 3–4 business days.
- USA: Express delivery within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Carriers
All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand, using NZ Post, DHL, or other trusted couriers.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, GST/VAT, or import taxes, which vary by country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose not to pay customs duties and the order is returned to us, shipping charges are non-refundable.

- New Zealand: $7 NZD flat rate | Free shipping over $80 NZD.
- Australia: $13 NZD Standard | $20 NZD Express | Free shipping over $80 AUD.
- USA: $45 NZD Express.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@oblack.co.nz within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or claim through the courier.
